Show Works has been building for the stage and the gallery since 1995. We are now part of Theatre Safe Australia - the workshop is open, the team is at the bench, and your projects keep moving.

From a Preston workshop, Show Works grew into a maker for some of the biggest productions and best-known institutions in the country - scenery for Moulin Rouge and Wicked, galleries for the WA Museum and ACMI, and dance floors in studios everywhere.
Carpentry, cabinetry, metal fabrication, scenic art and electrics - five trades under one roof, and the same people who have done this work for decades.
Show Works is now part of Theatre Safe Australia, the national in-house team behind rigging, drapes, automation and scenic for venues and productions right across the country. Here is what that puts behind your project.
The workshop stays open and the work keeps moving, made by the same hands at the same bench. If you have a project with us, talk to us and we will see it through.
Your build is no longer tied to one workshop in one city. With TSA behind it, Show Works can deliver and support work wherever you are, on tour, in a regional venue, or across a multi-state season, with one point of contact the whole way.
Lighting, LED, power and control built into the set on the same bench it is made on, not bolted on afterward. The electrics are designed with the build, so what arrives is ready to plug in and run.
Sets that fly, revolve, track and lift, designed, built and driven by one team. TSA's automation and show control means a moving set does the same thing safely, every performance, to the cue sheet you actually have.
The national stage and safety team that Show Works is now part of.
TSA started in a Gold Coast garage in 2014. Twelve years on, it runs in-house teams across four states, covering rigging, hoisting, drapes and track, automation, scenic and compliance for hundreds of Australian venues and productions. The engineering, manufacture, install and service all happen in-house, so there is one point of accountability from concept to commissioning.
