These sturdy dance and fitness practice aids have been load tested and exceed the Australian standards making them the perfect solution for stretch classes and resistance work. They are available in a single or double barre assembly, with the bottom barre spaced 180mm below the top barre for when a lower option is required for younger students.
They can be mounted to any solid surface and we recommend the brackets are spaced between 1.2m– 1.8m and at a height of 1050mm to the top of the barre. The cup is designed to hold our 45mm diameter barre dowel. These stylish brackets are made from mild steel and available in Black or White powered coat finish as standard.

Our Floor mounted ballet barre assembly are set at a standard finished height of 1050mm (including dowel), and 870mm for the lower double barre. The cup is designed to hold our 45mm diameter barre dowel. These stylish brackets are made from mild steel and available in Black or White powder coat finish as standard.
For best results we recommend fitting brackets 300mm from both ends of the barre, fit a bracket on each dowel join and then position all remaining along the barre no more than minimum of 1200mm apart.

Show Works 45mm diameter Tasmanian Oak dowel can complete your barre assembly. Our high quality dowels are sanded and oiled three times with Danish oil for a brilliant finish. These are available in three lengths and can be pre-cut to fit your requirements.
Our Tasmanian Oak Ballet Barres are a natural product, therefore they may vary in colour from pale tan with pink tones to cream with dark tones. The three coats of Danish oil we apply to our dowels will create a more uniform light tan colour. The colour of our Ballet Barres will develop into a beautiful warm tan colour over time.
